I recently attended an amazing SaeUn Retreat with Jyoti SaeUn...

...and the beauty of Deep Bay made the weekend even more powerful. Our meals were fabulous and everyone connected with the center that I met was so helpful and kind. Deep Bay is infused with positive love and care and it shows in the many small details that add so much from an stunning plate of black lake pebbles in Glass House to fresh flowers everywhere and the lovely color schemes in all the houses. Thank You So Much!

29 February

Whomever was responsible for the WONDERFUL time we had at Deep Bay Saturday night, thank you!!

We get to Glass House and there are fresh flowers in the living room and the bedroom, and there is new bedding on the bed that was really pretty, and all those pillows! I loved the bedskirt. Then, I opened the bed a little, and there were flannel sheets!! AND a comforter. We were so cozy and warm all night. We loved the flowers. The little luxurious touches like the kitchen towels and the bathroom towels were noticed. We played wonderful music - thank whomever left the CD player. The welcome on the sign was a nice touch - even if it wasn't just for us.

More than anything, we sat in front of the fire and talked for hours - something that we could do at home, but don't. At least not enough. It was wonderful.

We want to know where you got the lamp behind the futon. We looked all over Kalispell on Sunday. That 60 watt bulb gave more light for reading than the 100 watter we have in the lamp that we have. Where did you get it??

I'm sending an additional $100. There is no place that I know on the planet where we could have had the experience that we did. Such peace, such encouragement to be what we wanted to be from the environment. We were all enclosed in fog Saturday afternoon, which turned out to be special by itself. But by Sunday, the sun was peeking out behind the clouds. We watched the currents in the lake bounce against the little pieces of ice still left on the lake's surface. Then, those melted, and we could watch the ducks leave a big "V" as they swam across the bay. It was warm on Sunday, and we stepped out on the deck for a few minutes and drank in the feeling of total freedom up here in the eagle's nest. I LOVE Glass House.

Thank you very, very much.

....harmony....

"This is the most harmonious place I have ever stayed in for a vacation - retreat! The Feng Shui theme is a great idea for these houses. Thank you so much for maintaining the beauty and pristine feel of these houses."

"Beyond Expectations!"

"The Glass House was even much more than we had anticipated from information on your web site. The views are absolutely stunning. In this regard, the Glass House itself is a destination, not merely lodging. Our time here was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed swimming and viewing the osprey, the acrobatic ravens, deer in the evening and even a small bear cub swimming in the bay. I wish there were more places like this - beautiful, affordable, and beyond expectations! Thank you very much."

Thanks!

I attended Alexis' Yoga Retreat and wanted to say thanks. Your property was so beautiful. A special thanks to Michelle, the retreat cook, who was always cheerful, professional, and helpful. Ervie was terrific too! I wish I had known he was a choirmaster, since our group spent a few dinner hours singing songs.

Outside the Sufi Map.....

Fir trees reaching to sky
unwavering direction
Lower branches have fallen away
Roots are strong and deep in the earth.

Aspen quivers in response to Spirit's breath
Gentle waves lap at the shore
Indigo mountains embrace this water's body.

Intense, productive work...

"My wife and I want to express our sincere appreciation to Jyoti and the staff at Deep Bay Center for what was a weekend of intense, productive work in a completely private, nurturing and exquisitely beautiful setting.

In SaeUn, or "clearing clouds," Jyoti has tapped into a powerful and imminently useful practice of healing. Thank you very much."

"You have created a beautiful sanctuary here."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed the fineness of the atmosphere and the way things have been done physically, such as the towels, linen, cleanliness, and beautiful touches such as the flowers everywhere. Thank you!"

"My stay at Deep Bay...

...has been very enjoyable and enlightening. This is the first time I have been to a retreat center and I have been through a growth since coming here. I think the staff are very pleasant and I feel honored to have made friends with them and the other participants in the workshop. This is a very special place, and I will be back."

"I have felt entirely comfortable.....

...from the moment that I arrived here. This is a very supporting environment in which to be doing a course. The energy of the place certainly helps to intensify the experience. I experienced myself entirely differently whilst I was here. I had much more balance and harmony and there was and is a total ease in my being. I feel very much at home and really appreciated the total generosity extended to me both of spirit (from the people here) and materially, (in terms of food and comfort). My every need was anticipated and met. Thank you!!"
